Those shows crack me up, too. Such picky buyers...when what they mention is ridiculous stuff like you said, or about the color of the paint or something else simple to change. Good thing I was never that picky, or I'd be on the streets now!
Moved last year and we plan to stay until we physically can't do the steps anymore. We figure about 30 years or so. Then we intend to buy one of the single story houses in our current neighborhood. That could change of course, but I've been much better at purging this house then the last one. As the kids outgrow something, out it goes!
