Vancouver, Washington and Clark County will eventually fit the bill. Area will remain stingy with a buck but will be increasingly influenced by social liberals who want to take advantage of gay marriage and marijuana legalization.

Pretty much Republican area up north. They don't seem to really care what homosexuals or women who want abortions do up there. They're mainly more concerned about making sure WASPS stay in power in this country politically and economically.
