The exterior is made of blue sandstone and features Syrian arches and steep gables. The terraced patio has a heated pool and hot tub. The house has nine bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths.
-Six million doesn't seem like the most expansive home in New Orleans but I'm no real estate agent.
-There's a home on Highland Rd in Baton Rouge that seems like it would easily top $10+ million but I can't find the home or the value. If anyone knows, please post!
Well. As far as recent sales, This house in The Bay Area just sold to a Russian billionaire for $100 Million. Other homes have been offered in this price range but this one actually sold.

This estate in Los Angeles is also currently for sale at $150 Million, but I dont think it will sell for that much. Its been on the market for a while now.
I have no idea what the most expensive house is in Tennessee, but Alan Jackson recently sold his 19,000 sq foot home home near Franklin for $28 million (the original asking price was $38 million).
