That's awesome they're finally doing the 2nd ave line. I've always rolled my eyes at home damn packed the lexington line is at all hours.
You all might not see it as a huge project, but the Corridor H highway in Eastern WV will connect I-79 with I-81. The project could make the Potomac Highlands region of West Virginia a huge market for tourism. The highway will also play a key role in opening up WV's North Central Tech Corridor to the East Coast.
Connecticut is upgrading the rail line between New Haven and Springfield to allow for trains that reach speeds up to 110 mph, and to quadruple the number of trains in service. Once complete, it will be possible to travel between the two cities in just 45 minutes (including station stop times, etc.) By car, it currently takes 1 hr 10 mins.
