Happy for OKC. Their skyline will be vastly improved. Love to see Cleveland continuously improving as well.

You all might not see it as a huge project, but the Corridor H highway in Eastern WV will connect I-79 with I-81. The project could make the Potomac Highlands region of West Virginia a huge market for tourism. The highway will also play a key role in opening up WV's North Central Tech Corridor to the East Coast.

It will be huge for WV's economy! Real Huge!

Connecticut is upgrading the rail line between New Haven and Springfield to allow for trains that reach speeds up to 110 mph, and to quadruple the number of trains in service. Once complete, it will be possible to travel between the two cities in just 45 minutes (including station stop times, etc.) By car, it currently takes 1 hr 10 mins.

Here are the biggest SF-Oakland projects I can think of that are either under construction, have broken ground or have cleared all planning hurdles.

Bay Bridge(Eastern Span) $6.3 Billion
Transbay Terminal $4 Billion
Oak to Ninth Project(Oakland) $2 Billion
SF Central Subway Line $1.6 Billion
Treasure Island Redevelopment $1.5 Billion
UCSF Mission Bay Project(San Francisco) $1.5 Billion
Kaiser Permanente Flagship Medical Center expansion(Oakland) $1 Billion
Macarthur BART station TOD $500 Million
BART connector to Oakland Airport $480 Million
eBART to Antioch $460 Million
Fourth Bore of the Caldecott Tunnel(California Highway 24) $420 Million

Total Value: $21.2 Billion

There are several other massive projects including potentially 2 new NFL stadiums and a new MLB stadium, a huge redevelopment for America's Cup and others but these are the ones that stand out in my mind.
