Ok, was being facetious. Gas has returned to a few areas in the city, but there are crazy long lines to get into gas stations and many stores are still out. 64% of stations are still out in North Carolina, and even higher in cities like here and Raleigh. Once gas is returned to a station people race to the station to get it and usually the gas runs out within an hour or two. It's madness. Probably was worse on Thursday or Friday but it's still not a good situation. I think I saw around $2.89 at the one gas station I drove past that had gas yesterday here in Charlotte.

Why do people say “here” and then not state where “here” is. I would say “here in Knoxville” so the reader knows I am not in Mongolia or Zanzibar or something.
Everybody does this un-said “here” thing, as if we can read minds. At least we know your state by your username and post. That is better than usual.
