Most people however dress like this.
Even the non baggy type people don't dress like that in my city !! Again hipsters , preppy ,yuppie , and trendy and fashion types are more city thing than suburb thing .

I have been to cities in US and Canada and even the non baggy type people don't dress like that it some thing you see more in the city than suburb or in the fashion district or commerce street. Most people in the suburb dress almost like wal-mart people.

And in Florida t-shirt and shorts is really big it really casual place. Some thing like that you see more hip cities west coast or North or city core than suburb.

There is only one black person in that drawing, and it appears she has straightened hair

I hope one of my friends would have the compassion to shoot me if I ever started dressing like that.

The South America or Central America have not taken on the American baggy look or color .So when they move to US may still take on the country own way of doing it.

Really it simple gangs , wannabe thugs or drug dealers want to look mean and tough so are NOT going in tight clothing.

Also baggy clothing is easy to hide weapons , drugs and baggy hoodie and do-rag can hide one face . So no gangs , wannabe thugs or drug dealers are not going to dress in fitted clothing also the making statement I'm thug.

In really hot cities or dessert cities baggy puffed jackets or big hoodies is not practical you will melt with heat.

So well most all rappers and hip hop may have moved on now the baggy look is still there for the gangs , wannabe thugs or drug dealers.

The hood will have lots of this in any city eat coat or south.

May be Mexicans born in the US or been in US for long time or second generation may be taking on more American look baggy look and colors than the white beater ,polar shirt , plaid shirt and ten pants or fitted jeans and tattoos.

And yeah, the baggy/wannabe thug look sorta ended around 2003 - 2006. Was really popular (among teens/young adults regardless of race, social class, etc.) around the time Limp Bizkit (the band) became popular. Good times ;D

There are plenty of shooters and dope boys in tight clothes.
