You know the big puffy jacket , big baggy jeans/sweatpants that almost falling off it so big , very long big baggy oversize t-shirts and baggy hoodies and do-rag

I know this big in New Orleans ,Philadelphia , Atlanta , Cincinnati and Memphis . But what about Phoenix ,Los Angeles, , Albuquerque so on ? What about state of Texas or Florida?

Do Hispanics and Asians dress like that or do they have their own look ? More in to tattoos than this look?

I see it a lot in urban areas of SoCal that's for sure, mostly the black and hispanics.
I've seen a fair number of Asians take on a more preppy form of this particular style however.

The baggy hip hop look is very common in the Bay Area cities by all races. Especially in the East Bay cities.

Get with the times that sooo ended around 2006ish.

We are in a era of Snap backs, long sleeve sweatshirts and skinny jeans.

May be hip hop fashion but I still see many people in New Orleans ,Philadelphia , Atlanta , Cincinnati and Memphis among black youth. Just watch some grand theft auto bait car on spike TV and cops show and check out google street view lots of people dress like that.

Not has many whites into it like before but many blacks. In my own city I still see many dress like this.

I think there is lot more preepy , hipsters and fashion oriented people in west coast where south is more individualism.

There also less black people in the west coat .
