In Washington state, you'd have a field day:
Puyallup, Nisqually, Snohomish, Tacoma, Tahoma, Seattle, Duwamish, Chehalis, Sequim, Skagit, Tukwila, Issaquah, Spanaway.
California has a few:
Siskyou, Chowchilla, Jamacha (not a city but only San Diego locals ever seem to pronounce it right), Tehachapi, Orinda, Cuyamaca, Kumeyaay, Ewiiaapaayp
A few others: Enumclaw(native), WA, Bullhead City(someone who was drunk?), AZ, Yreka(Native I think), CA, Plaster City(had to be a drunk person), CA, Cochella(Spanish), CA, Burien(no clue), WA, Seatac(a contraction of Seattle and Tacoma and is almost midway between them), WA, Napavine(random), WA.
In my first post, all the names except maybe Jamacha and Orinda are native.
Pigeon Forge (forget what state. Named for the millions of now extinct Passenger Pigeons). Kill Devil Hills (again forget the state and too lazy to look it up).
