Oklahoma City has great Mexican food. There's also a good Brazilian restaurant in OKC.

I guess Providence is around the same size as OKC, and it has great Portuguese and Italian food.

Yeah that was an example.. I'm looking for like a city you wouldn't really expect .. And to have not just a few good ethnic places to eat but I'm talking like a neighborhood similar to some larger (Chicago NYC San Francisco) cities little Italy, China town or what have you. It can be literally any type- Mexican, Italian, Polish, Brazilian, Russian.. Just wondering if there is anything like that in cities you wouldn't expect there to be one.

In that case, I'll reiterate Providence. Detroit, Milwaukee, and New Haven, CT are worth checking out too.

Hmm, there's a long history of Vietnamese in New Orleans. That might be a little surprising to some. I don't know if there are any physical enclaves though.

In Jacksonville there is a very large Arab population and a large Filipino population. We actually have the most Filipinos in the Southeast. Again, not necessarily any distinct neighborhoods for them.

Lansing MI's North Side has a sizable Mexican population, with some Mexican restaurants as well.
