My roommate and I are at a loss of where we should move. We currently live in New Hampshire and can't stand the weather here. We were going to move to California, but with the recent drought, we figured we should probably avoid it.
Our requirements are sort of difficult, though. I suffer from severe seasonal affective disorder caused linked to trauma (so light therapy and other things don't really work for treatment) so snow is an absolute no, and we both hate humidity. Those are our only two weather requirements. We'd prefer not too many bugs, but we know that might not be possible.
For cultural requirements, I need a place that's accepting of LGBT+, but that's about it.
Is this possible?

Reconsider Southern California. No bugs (not even mosquitos), no humidity, no snow (except on mountain tops) sunny, very accepting of diversity.

A big El Nino storm may happen next year, but you could look at Palm Springs, that area has its own water (aquifer) if you're that worried.

A bit out of the box but I would highly recommend Honolulu as an option. It has the weather requirement and an LGBT positive environment generally speaking.

How about Yuma? Laredo?

California would probably be your best bet for all you stated. Maybe certain areas of Arizona as well would fit.
