Looking to move to TX, LA, MS, or even GA, and wondering which cities have the best Wifi?
Thanks!

Best WiFi? What do you mean by best WiFi?

Number of places who have it? Free Wifi in Parks?

WiFi is local Connection device from your Equipment to some sort of Network.

DamnSam, this question is very vague. Do you mean the one with the most hotspots? The one with the strongest signal? The fastest connection? Municipal Wifi?

Note please, I mentioned "looking to move" to the area, so I'm asking about Wifi for homes.
In essence, what gulf coast cities have the most reliable Wifi network, best speed, and the most reasonable cost?

P.S. Wifi is not a device; it is "a wireless local area network that uses radio waves to connect computers and other devices to the Internet"

We're from Silicon Valley.

It does not have to connect you to the internet, We have a WiFi Network in my work office. It connect within a office network, it DOES NOT have a connection to the internet.

That Wifi Network is AirGaped from all other networks. its just on one internal network.

Back to your question. What WiFi you pick for your Home network is up to you.

My Guess is ... What you are asking is what State/Cities have the Best ISP's. That vary so widely from area to area, and with in each area of a state, there is no easy reply. You would need to massive amount of research on each ISP, there service offering, for each area they server. Some area are better then others.

You'd really only notice a difference with Google Fiber. But flyonpa is spot on.
