In what city/town/region would you expect to find the most well-dressed people shopping in WalMart? Someplace where people mowing their lawn or changing their oil would put on something different to drive to WalMart, and for whom maximum ill-fitting grunge is not a fashion statement.

Not exactly what you are asking but I've worked big box stores in wealthy areas where most of the 'customers' were maids, nannies, and other employees of the better off residents. They were decently dressed, usually on duty and running errands for their employers, or shopping for themselves on their way to or from work. Definitely different.

Nowhere, really. Walmart doesn't build stores in upscale areas.

They have a store in Lake Saint Louis, MO, and two in Irvine, CA both are pretty upscale areas.

That being said, the people that shop there still seem to think that fluffy pink sweat outfits are high fashion.

Probably somewhere that happens to have a high number of white-collar workers. What city/region that happens to be though, I couldn't tell you.

Wal Mart shoppers come from all walks of life, they don't all dress the same or look the same... your question is hard to answer and doesn't really make sense.

Well, obviously not every person in a Walmart at any given time is going to look straight out of the trailer park...but have you ever been in a Walmart? It's impossible to not notice the type of clientele their low, low prices attract. Even most of the employees one encounters there are...um...interesting.

Yes, i shop at Wal Mart i don't notice anything special... the one by my house is full of people of different walks of life... sorry you aren't going to get me to disrespect people who shop at a certain store, that is probably the unusual and most silliest form of discrimination, lol.
