I don't think it's regions, but there are definitely some homer cities: Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, LA, Seattle, NYC, Philly, and Boston.

Yo, it can't be the West,the West is liek the royal family of the whole country and California rules all. it is probably the Northeast because it is the past and just a bunch of projects full of a buncha wack homers. California baby! LOL and L.A. defeats Nyc. on everly level!
