I never said Dallas was flat and Atlanta does have 4 or 5 major league teams, unless they recently got rid of one.

Hawks
Falcons
Braves

They also have the Atlanta United F.C and The Dream, which are pro sports.

I heard Cleveland is more like a wealthier Detroit. I heard Boston is more like Seattle than SF. The best comparison is Indy to Columbus and Pittsburgh and Cincinnati of any cities I know.

I've always felt St. Louis and Cleveland were quite comparable myself. Nearly identical in size (both around 3 million), home to similar amounts of Fortune 500 companies, both have nationally ranked institutions, fantastic healthcare, etc. Also both Midwestern and part of the Rust Belt. Both also suffer from high crime and population loss...both have some of the best Italian neighborhoods in the country. Both have large German American, Irish American, and Jewish populations. Both have multiple skylines (Cleveland has Akron, St. Louis has Clayton). There are obvious differences...Cleveland is ranked higher in the arts, St. Louis is ranked higher in academic institutions, both have markedly different climates, Cleveland is on a Great Lake, St. Louis is on the Missouri and Mississippi rivers, etc.

Minneapolis and Detroit? What the?

Let's see Detroit is mostly poor and black where Minneapolis is mostly white and middle class and upper class.
Minneapolis is growing and Detroit is shrinking.
Detroit does not have a diversified economy, while Minneapolis does.
Both have a completely feel and look to them.

Other than being part of the Great Lakes region I can't think of one other thing that both those cities have in common. Terrible option. Minneapolis vs. Seattle and Cleveland vs. Detroit would have been much better.
