Can you help me think of a place in the U.S that has:


-average highs never, not even in January, dip below 70
-have a lot of sunny days
-I'm not really a fan of precipitation
-low crime
-good jobs

Yes, our normal high is below 70° from December 6th thru February 4th. But that said, our normal high only drops to 65°

Florida might be worth researching ,particularly the areas from Cocoa Beach down to West Palm Beach. Other than Hawaii its the only place that fits your climate requirements.

I'm okay if Jan. temps dip to 60, but nothing brlow that. Plus, I'm not a fan of humidity.

While Phoenix has been mentioned you might also look at Tucson. It's no where near as overbuilt/sprawling and a beautiful city. The only hitch could be a job depending upon your career.
