Florida might be worth researching ,particularly the areas from Cocoa Beach down to West Palm Beach. Other than Hawaii its the only place that fits your climate requirements. https://www.currentresults.com/Weath...n-february.php
While Phoenix has been mentioned you might also look at Tucson. It's no where near as overbuilt/sprawling and a beautiful city. The only hitch could be a job depending upon your career.
Can you help me think of a place in the U.S that has:
-average highs never, not even in January, dip below 70
-have a lot of sunny days
-I'm not really a fan of precipitation
-low crime
-good jobs
