So I had a question on here a while back about the most libertarian state. It seems the consensus was that small states like New Hampshire Wyoming and Alaska where the most libertarian friendly states. Now I'm wondering if any major metro areas have a life and let life low taxes small government mentality. I know Denver, San Diego and Kansas City where some areas that came to mind. But I'm not sure.
I would not include Denver as being "libertarian". Colorado Springs, yes, but not Denver. Much of the eastern plains and western CO could be considered such.
Southern cities are abandoning social conservatism and becoming libertarian by default. So I would include Houston, Dallas, and Jacksonville. Atlanta may be just liberal but more libertarian than northern cities.

No way. There's nothing libertarian about the majority of Houston and Dallas. Texas cities have and will continue to be different from those in other southern states, but they are more of a unique Texas approach than libertarian.
On the other hand, most of the western and NW states seem to be the havens for this school of thought: Montana, Wyoming, the Dakotas, Nevada, maybe Idaho, maybe Alaska.

I'm in Denver, and this is accurate. Denver is liberal, not libertarian. There are other parts of CO that are more libertarian though.
I really don't think there is one. Most people on here don't really know what libertarianism is. It's not republicans who like weed, and it's not drinking on the street and hiring prostitutes. Denver is not even close to libertarian. Neither is Vegas. Nowhere really is.

At the very core of Libertarianism is a belief in free will and minimization of government interference in the pursuit of personal liberty. So how is my assertion not tied into that?

I will still call them Republicans who smoke weed. Austin felt like that to me very much so.
Basically just find areas where republicans are winning the millenial vote. So Oklahoma City/Omaha areas.
