Seattle has been pretty bad since a Covid. Not much of a problem in the suburbs. I think a lot of people are giving a pass with Covid, but hoping after Covid things will clean up.

I can say from my experience, Mpls has a pretty significant homelessness problem. I have lived in many cities, and Mpls probably had the most aggressive homeless people I have ever come across. In most places I’ve lived, a homeless person will ask you for money, you would politely decline and they would simply go on to the next potential mark. Not so in Mpls. On two separate occasions I had a homeless become aggressive and quite angry because I refused to give him money. I had to basically threaten to kick the guys butt if he didn’t leave me alone. On another occasion a homeless guy literally walked up to me and hugged me!
