Fresno, CA has several. The Radin & Kamp building, which last held a JC Penney's, hasn't been occupied since 1986. Hotel Fresno, which Richard Nixon once stayed at, not since 1983 --- although it's now being converted to apartments.

Dayton Ohio has one at 40 W. 4th St. along with a few other buildings that probably would not qualify as skyscrapers by today’s standards.

Wow, I had no idea that building sat unused! They usually keep it decently lit up don't they?

The tallest building in Evansville, IN is vacant, and has been for years. The city is planning to tear it down in November.

Implosion Date Set for Evansville's 420 Main Building

It's a shame that building's not located one state to the west or north. They'd definitely find buyers then.

Salem, Missouri, a sleepy Ozark town of 3,000, had an empty 10 story hotel. until it was demolished in 1998.

I think most of Tulsa's amazing Art-Deco buildinga are essenyially empty.

The 19-story Price Building houses only a ground-level gallery. It's the only skyscraper desighed by Franl Lloyd Wright. It's in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

Why would they be more likely to find buyers in another state? You could move it within the state to Indy or FW and find buyers too.
