Kentucky (minus Cincinnati suburbs, but including Missouri Bootheel))
North Florida (north of Orlando)

I don't think Texas is southern until you get to the coast south of Houston. Below that the Mexican influence is the stronger cultural element. Therefore the answer must be in Florida.
Daytona Beach isn’t fully southern, but the further inland you go the more southern in nature it gets. There are too many northern transplants to really call it a southern city.
In any event, as I mentioned earlier there are cities further south that are southern. If I were to guess, I’d say the most southern city is somewhere like Moore Haven but I’ve never bothered to go there so I don’t know for sure.

Pretty much every big city in Florida feels diluted of southern culture. I always thought of Daytona as a southern city simply because of Nascar. Daytona kinda reminds me of Charolette just with beaches.

Are there any other regions of the country that lost their cultural identity due to transplants?
To be fair, you can dine on traditionally "southern" fare in Chicago and NYC at Carolina and Texas BBQ places, etc. Just because you can get shrimp and grits somewhere, it doesn't define the culture as Southern, just like being able to get take out Chinese in Birmingham doesn't make its culture Asian.
While true, a dish such as fish and grits is very common amongst Black peoples in South Florida.
