At the city level it's 71.3 percent white (in combination) and 6.5 percent Asian (in combination) for 77.8 percent. If you only include white alone and Asian alone, it's 68.8 percent (63.7 percent white alone and 5.1 percent Asian alone).
At the county level, it may have the highest combined percent of any county with a population of 1-million plus.
Allegheny County is 82.2 percent white (in combination) and 5.2 percent Asian (in combination) for 87.4 percent. Allegheny is 76 percent white alone and 4 percent Asian alone for 80 percent.

Don't see how either qualify...of course in combination it's high when you've like 70%+ white.
And you're just ignoring the fact that the 2nd highest racial group is not Asian, but African-American in both Pittsburgh and Allegheny County?
Places like Sugar Land TX (As somebody mentioned):
39% White alone (non-Hispanic)
38.1% Asian (So 77.1% White+Asian)
12% Hispanic
7% Arican-American
Or Plano, TX:
49.8% White alone (non-Hispanic)
22.3% Asian (So 72.1% White+Asian)
15.8% Hispanic
8.6% African-American
Are your "White-Asian" city. Similar places include Alpharetta, GA:
53.6% White alone (non-Hispanic)
22.2% Asian (So 75.8% White+Asian)
7.6% Hispanic
12.1% African-America
Then you have college towns like Ithaca NY:
64.1% White alone (non-Hispanic)
16.1% Asian (So 80.2% White+Asian)
8.4% Hispanic
5.7% African-American
Or Ann Arbor MI:
67.5% White alone (non-Hispanic)
16.7% Asian (So 84.2% White+Asian...beat that, Fort Lee NJ
)
4.6% Hispanic
6.7% African-American
Or smaller Asian population but still quite White+Asian like Bloomington IN:
77.3% White alone (non-Hispanic)
10.2% Asian (87.5% White+Asian
)
4.5% Hispanic
4.4% African-American
Out of all those Sugar Land is definitely the most "White-Asian"...not quite Fort Lee, NJ but close.
