Omaha, NE and St Louis, MO meet your criteria. I've lived in OKC and Albuquerque, and they both have some very nice aspects to living there. A heat and humidity mix is tough many months in OKC. A little snow can fall in Albuquerque, but not a lot and it doesn't last long. Property crime in Albuquerque can be an issue, but not an everyday concern, and of course worse in some areas than others. Not really a deterent to living there. I'd recommend Albuquerque as an interesting place to live with a lot of city entertainment and outdoor activities.

There is an edit button in the lower right hand of the postings, but it only works for a few minutes after the posting was made. The site owner does not wish to upgrade the software, nothing we mods can do about that. A poster may hit the triangular "report bad post" icon and request a moderator to make a change to a post, but that moderator may/may not make the change, especially if the post has been quoted in one or more subsequent postings by others.
