There are a few rides, including most of the big roller coasters in the middle of the park, that cross the state line. But perhaps the best answer to the thread title is the Zephyr, their spinning swing ride. If you sit on the outside of the ride, you'll cross the state line twice every revolution without any notice, AND you'll be so dizzy you won't be able to notice!

This "Luxury Colorado Ranch resort" (their wording) straddles the border and the lodge is technically in Wyoming.
