It's a challenge. Try to one up each other. Where is the lowest in the USA. For the challenged, we are looking for numbers LOWER than 84.5. If someone posts a number lower than that, then we are looking for numbers lower than the new lowest.

Also, before we go nutso, let's try to make the places within an hour drive to a major city.
