There is actually an "unofficial" toll on I35 North at MM150 just after North Branch. The suggested toll is $2 and lets you drive all the way to Duluth and back. If you look in the grass just next to the mile post, you'll find a Folger's coffee can. Put your $2 in the can, take one of the rock tokens and tip up the little flag they have next to the can. Remember to tell your friends about this too.

I think the most arduous are around Orlando, where you have 2 tolls within a few miles. The Turnpike is better planned. That was years ago, I'm sure there is Electronic Toll Collection now. Then there is the East-West tollroad. I believe there are also tollroads near Tampa, but I've never been on them.

In Indiana, the only toll is the Indiana Toll Road. However, in Indianapolis, there is a plan to add tolled lanes to I-65 south of downtown and I-69 on the NE side of the city into the suburbs.
