No. I don't think anything that makes fun of topics started by other members is funny. Neither did the folks who wrote City-Data's TOS, since it includes this sentence: "Insulting another member or a moderator will not be tolerated anywhere on this website."

If topics break the rules, report them. If they don't break the rules, your only option within the rules when you see a topic you dislike is to post within its thread and express your disagreement.
