Texas and The South easily have the best looking...Chicago has some beautiful women too...

MI and IN, are just hideous looking more often than not. They usually average a pack of Pall Malls and bottle of Wild Irish Rose a day. I don't think welfare pays for beauty products which would explain why women in MI are so beat up looking.
