Is Florida the only state WITHOUT a State Tax or 2 license plates on the car?

Colorado: State sales tax, local sales tax(es), state income tax, two plates.

New Mexico only has one license plate...no front plate required or used.

Why the concern about two license plates? The state doesn't charge you extra for the front plate.

I'd prefer it if Pennsylvania had front plates. That way I could read the plate of the guy who's about to rear end me at an intersection.

I'd bet 35 to 40% of ALL OHIOANS lack a license plate on the front of their vehicle.

LOL, I lived in Ohio for more than two years before I put a plate on the front of the car. No one seemed to mind; the only time I did was during a hard turn, when the plate would slide across the dash.
