Here it's hit or miss. I've known people where the officer will just take what they have and then send them on their way. I've also heard stories where people are treated like murders for smoking a joint, so it's odd.

Yea, I remember South Carolina being quite similar. People would treat weed like it was blow or H...even other college students would treat it like that at times...
