Which world class city are you going to see when you visit Guam?

Oh don't bother, you wouldn't like Guam . Guam has beautiful beaches, clear water, etc. But, Guam has no subway and,...the water buffaloes and rickshaws stop at every light. LOL!

Last I heard lakes and rivers were full of water.

To the OP...check out Boerne, Cibolo, or Schertz, TX. Boerne is "a little" pricier, but has an excellent public school system.

And all this is in your backyard...

Might be to someone who lives somewhere landlocked, but to someone on the coast, lakes aren't anything special.
