I tend to see commercials in Miami for events that have already occurred.

I wish we had Tim Hortons instead. There are a few in Manhattan, but they aren't anything like the New England stores that have more of a selection.
For some reason, the Twin Cities isn't much of a donut city. I have to score my donut fix from local bakeries and grocery stores. There was a local chain called BoSa here, but all their stores closed about 10 years ago. Krispy Kreme came in with great fanfare a few years back, but they are gone too. I like Tim Hortons too, but I've never seen one west of Columbus, OH.

Cici's is a catch-22. Pizza is never un-edible. So for $5 you will eat it and pretend you like it. The deserts are good and you can always supplement with salad and pasta. You don't ever leave happy, but you leave full and only out $5 for doing it.

Sonic. Not a great place for a burger. But awesome for drink choices. Their popcorn chicken and burritos are pretty good too.

Staples wasn't in Houston until a couple years ago. I have seen a whole decade of Staples TV ads.

I see commercials for Wal-Mart all the time. And there aren't any Wal-Mart stores in New York City. (Not that I would set foot in any if there were, but that's another story).
