He got relected in 96 before... before the women were paid off in the settlement in 98.

Bill did not run a second Term with the public knowledge of the settlement cause it didn't happen until later. So if trying saying DEMs voted for him after the settlement anyways......that false.

polticans getting elected after a settlement or being found guilty of a scandal is a new thing very current by republicans I mention this before. Republicans are electing politicians after they have found guilty of charges, and video, audio recording thing that a democrat would never get elected with.
