I live in Covington Ga. I am commuting to a job in Cumming and am seriously considering a move there. I would be taking my husband,grown daughter and two grandchildren. What area should I be looking in and what area do I need to avoid? Do I even need to consider the move??

Cumming is a great place to live. I think it is really smart of you to consider making the move. I don't know much about Covington so I really can't compare the two, but I can tell you about Cumming. The schools in Forsyth County are excellent so I think it would be a good place for your two grandchildren. There really aren't any down right bad areas in Cumming. In South Forsyth County there are lots of shopping, restaurants and fun places for the kids, but in the northern part of the county you will get more house and land for your money. I would suggest spending a day or two driving all over the county so that you can see what appeals to you.
