Holland fits this quite well, again with the exception of a full-service supermarket. There is a new grocery store downtown but it's mostly a convenience store.

Otherwise, it has--within eight city blocks of the corner of 16th Street and River Avenue--a farmers market, museum, art galleries, parks, playgrounds, ice skating, skate park, library, pharmacy, doctors, dentists, a hospital, a college, churches, movie theatre, civic theatre, civic theatre, tennis courts, a senior center, newsstand/bookstore, a cigar shop, three neighborhood retail areas, police and fire departments, district court, city hall, Amtrak station, a regional bus system, and dozens of retail clothing shops, antique shops, restaurants, pubs and breweries.
