The investigation would have to have been begun again by the FBI, THEN if they charged her THEN he could pardon her...there is nothing for him to pardon here.

Why does anyone want to start the next 4 years bogged down by the incredible expense and world spectacle of what would have basically amounted to an endless inquisition in any case?
Hopefully the threat of incarceration would get the Clintons to shut down the foundation or give it away for someone else to control, which could then allow them to be pardoned. I believe the investigation into the foundation is still ongoing.

That foundation does a lot of good all over the world, I sincerely hope it is not shut down.

3) IF she and/or the foundation is found guilty of any crime then the appropriate sentence should be adjudicated, just like for you and me and eerily similar of what that sailor, NOW IN JAIL is in for. He merely took photos of a top secret asset, never disseminated them and for THAT, he is spending a year. Seems to me, that she DID disseminate secrets, in an unsafe manner, lied under oath and if proven (has) she should do the time. JUST like you and me.
4) Sets a precedent. NO one is above the law. Make an example. Hold our leaders, Republican and Democrat to the same legal standards.
5) If any Republican is guilty of the same, same conditions apply, NO exceptions.

Want to clean Washington up? Here's your chance. To pardon her is a slap in the face to all those now sitting in jail for similar crimes. It's simply not right. It's not just. It's not fair. Treat everyone, always, the same as anyone else no matter their race, color, creed, demeanor, sex, position, title, connections, etc....keep it fair and balanced.
Please recite all facts that show Hillary broke the law. Please recite the elements of all criminal statutes you allege were violated. Please note that failure to provide a specifics will be raken as proof you cannot do so.

Of course Hillary supporters want her pardoned, but that not in any part of of an "Equal" Justice system. She broke the Law, period. If she deleted one e-mail, peddled influence to one foreign or domestic person, or had one classified e-mail, she is guilty of a crime, and should face the same punishment anyone else would. "Intent" was just made up crap by Obama controlled Justice Department to get her off. If you kill a person but did not intend to do so, would you walk free? There was no intent, so is that a free pass. Your butt would be in front of a JUry, thats the "Pass" you would get.

Besides, Trump should steer clear of that and let his New Justice Cabinet do what they think they should do, same as Comey did what he said he felt to do. The Clinton Foundation is a cesspool for Laundering Money, and should be investigated in every single corner and crack. If Martha Stuart can go to Jail, so can Hillary. She certainly has done a lot worse, many, many, many times over. Liberals lost. Period. They don't call any shots any more. They still don't "get it" and actually think they have a Voice in what Trump should do or not do. They backed the wrong Horse and now can go back to their corners. e hope the "New" Justice Department will do what the LAW requires them to do. Yes, It is time to move on. Move on from the corruption, Cherry Picked Justice, Ignoring the Laws you don't like, and favors

No one has to convince you of anything. What happens will be the decision of the NEW Justice Department. They have what they need and they will decide what is "Proof" and what is not. Its not up to you or me. What we can do, is demand that Justice be done, and put pressure on our Representatives. The Law will handle the rest. Its a good feeling to know there will be people in the system that will follow and enforce the Laws of our Nation, in the Peoples interest, and not Washington's interest.

It is time to move on.

Do you agree or disagree? Let's keep it civil, folks.
I disagree. Hillary Clinton says that she has done nothing wrong. I have heard her say she wouldn't do something again, her history says otherwise.

Hillary Clinton, as a citizen of the United States, should be held to the same laws and punishments as anyone else. As we have all read, others, especially military members that were guilty of similar actions, were punished. A member of the military is a much more worthy citizen than Hillary Clinton.

I do consider my post "civil" considering the threat and selling out of our country by Hillary Clinton.

Hillary thinks she never, ever did anything wrong and continues to blame any and everyone else for her misdeeds.

Hillary had to be very aware of the fact that Bill Clinton, as POTUS, pardoned his CIA director for under similar circumstances. Bill Clinton's Pardon for Classified Documents | National Review

"Take the keys and lock her up............" Play fast and loose with the security of our country and "pay to play", no pardon Hillary!

President Obama has always maintained a policy that in order to be pardoned or have a sentence commuted, (a) the applicant must have been convicted of a federal offense, and (b) that applicant must actually apply (affirmatively ask) for a pardon.

There is one test case that was filed last week: US Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl applied for a presidential pardon for the charges he is facing. What the White House does with that one will give us a clue as to whether Hillary can or will get a presumptive pardon.

Those who are hard up about yet another investigation into Hillary should personally and privately finance it. Everyone else who doesn't care shouldn't have to pay one cent.

Those of you who are legitimately concerned about government corruption probably won't make it through six month's of trump's tenure without your heads exploding.
