I think it is funny how the OP starts off his scenario with Trump destroying the world or at least one town.
It would more than likely be a Democrat or Bernie supporter that runs amok because he hates Trump that does something stupid as we have seen recently in the news.
As for one guy and 20 women the women would run the show and the man would be labor and a means to have babies but not the old fashioned way, we are talking there is a room and a cup go for it bro.

Nightbird47 you make some interesting observations. There's an old saying. Once food clothing and shelter are taken care of then working people want theater tickets.
Once the basics are taken care of and survival is assured, the guy will start getting lucky.
Now consider how things would be different if the guy was gay.
As I said, I believe that the woman would resort to drugging and raping the man if he refused to either impregnate or provide them with sexual relief but I may be wrong.
Just finished watching season 9 of Survivor on CBS All-Access. At the merge (two tribes merged into one, from a tribe of men and a tribe of women, there were 7 women and 3 men left. The women planned on getting rid of all the men, they stuck to the plan for the next two Tribal Councils where they voted off two of the men. But then the claws came out, the last man knew he had to keep quiet and let the women target each other, which they did. They couldn't wait and started voting each other off, and the last man standing made it to the Final Tribal council and won the thing.
So one man and twenty women in your scenario could get ugly unless they came up with a good plan from the get-go.
Now consider how things would be different if the guy was gay.

I think if there was a 20 women and one guy scenario he will not be able to keep up to the sexual demands of 20 women. I know we as guys think we can just screw 3-4x a day but you can't. I don't care how much of a stud you think you are you would be unable to satisfy the sexual demands of 20 women. Your member would look like freaking like a inside out hotdog in a weeks time. Besides your penis would be dry heaving after a while.
I'm assuming in this fantasy all the women would be smoking hot nubile screw like a porn star type nymphomaniacs? So who is to say all these women would all be that. If you take a sampling most of those women may be running the gamut from "ugly" to "hot". So would the hot ones get more schlong time than the ugly ones? What if the "hot" ones were duds in bed but the "ugly" ones were more sexually stimulating and more sexually adventurous? Would that change who the guy has more sex with? I know in my past experiences I had a few average girls rock my world in bed while the good looking ones were lackluster.
And I guarantee you if you throw 20 women in a closed environment eventually the claws come out

Envisioning a not-so unlikely scenario (given all that's happening with Trump, Russia, North Korea etc...) where a biological disease wipes out a small town in somewhere like the US or UK and only 20 young white women between 15-25 are left along with 1 boy who's is aged 18, what would the gender dynamics be?

You're assuming all 20 women would want to have anything to do with him. Wrong. And he probably couldn't keep up with the demands of one woman, depending on the woman. You haven't seen how the men on the Relationships forum panic at the thought of having to have sex even just once/day, daily, let alone more often.
