Along with other things, this may be a temporary boost followed by a decline. We have watched so much Netflix I have realized their original series all follow the exact same pattern and I am sick of them. It seems like we have gone through everything even remotely good on Netflix. Burned out maybe it is time to cancel.

Toilet paper - when this is over a third or more of the population is gong to have enough toilet paper for the next two years. They will not need to buy any. Sale will drop off severely.

THE CDC will benefit for few years then they will get cut just like always, unless something else comes along.

The government will retain at least some-of its massively increased power over people's lives. Some will be returned, but a bit will be retained. That is how the government always works. The amazing thing is many, possibly a majority will see this as a good thing. Certainly a lot of politicians will see it as a great thing.

Venders of work at home vendors and services will continue to benefit. Social interaction will continue to decline. this is where we were heading anyway. Not because of health concerns, just because that is where our society was going. Service clubs, churches, bars, casinos, social clubs or groups will take big hits on a permanent basis. A lot of people just are not going to go out much anymore. They now view going out as scarier than it already seemed.

Beggars will be big losers in this. Not only fewer people around, but people will be more inclined to keep away from them as they are seen as dirty, and potentially infected with whatever.

Delivery services will do well, especially ones with little or no human contact with the products.

Importers will take a long term hit, especially those involved in importing form China. Chinese restaurants may also see a big decline in popularity.

When people are released, they will remember that social interaction = death. This particular disease may go away but people will be anticipating the next one, especially after Covid comes back int he fall.

Yes, the anxiety of the possibility of another virus, perhaps more dangerous. It's safe to guess that those living in NYC today will be looking for a less crowded city to live in, if they have to go thru it again!

Because they're willing to take losses in a war. They don't think like you do.

The company selling a box of 50 medical masks for $55. And anyone who marked up on any item a LOT because people WILL buy it. And grocery stores with all the stockpilers, manufacturers of the things people are stockpiling, trucking, warehousing, basically supply chain for food and housing items.

You sound like someone for whom the joke in those old 70s Calgon commercials ("Ancient Chinese secret!") went right over your head.

First, all countries who engage in war are willing to take losses. It's an inherent aspect of conflict. Stop with the inane (and racist) 'those inscrutable Chinese!' bit.

Second, the notion that China somehow gains by damaging both its economy and those of its trading partners (the largest of whom is the United States). You do understand that when you damage the economy of your major trading partner, that severely damages your own economy, right? Why on Earth would China spend decades integrating itself economically with the United States, only to sabotage the economy symbiosis? The United States is also, by far, the leading destination of Chinese students studying abroad. This represents a critical source of intellectual capital for China. But, sure, they're out to damage their own economy while damaging that source of intellectual capital. And why again?

Oh, right. Because... winning!

Look, just because Alex Jones tells you something doesn't mean that something is true. Feel free to ask yourself 'Wait! Does that actually make any sense?'.

Spoiler: No, it makes no sense at all.

Don't bother... They can't hear you, too much Corona Kool-Aid. This is no longer America. There is no Constitution... World Government. 1776-2020.

I'm starting to believe this Virus was a big blown-out-of-proportion sensationalized deal.

The Governors throughout America are really using this to test the lengths of their powers.

And if 20-30% of Americans are unemployed due to their shutting it all down for prolonged period? That will just mean more votes for them.

Enemies of the West.

Some where in Hell Osama bin Laden is smiling, he couldn't figure out a way to kill the West, but China did.
