Until you provide those quotes, I'm going to continue to call you what you are - a liar.

And by the way, IF you were a lawyer (which clearly you are not), you'd have some clue as to what slander involves. But that's further evidence of you NOT being what/who you claim to be.
I was beginning to get the same suspicions. He doesn't write like a post-graduate owner of a law firm. He writes like a disgruntled Vietnam vet living in an old camper out in the desert with a makeshift plastic awning over his front door. I'm also wondering if he might be NVplumber, whom I set on ignore a long time ago.

In Arizona? Both

It depends upon the jurisdiction but, in most, both are at fault.

It's not the citation you should be concerned with though - it is the financial damages

Question to you: Would the Biker be able to collect $$$ from the driver of the car?

It's also interesting that he has so much time to spend, in the middle of the day, on internet forums.

Hey - my excuse is that I'm on vacation.

But this guy is a joke. And a slanderer. And a liar.

THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR A WOMAN TO BE RAPED.

And, for jtur88 to continue to try to find or make excuses, shows that he condones rape. And, I'm beginning to think he himself may have raped some women.
What's more, I'm thinking he may have raped women and didn't realize that's what he was doing. From the woman's perspective, she was still forced to have sex, so she was still raped.

Jtur88:

do you condemn the rape of a woman, by a man, in all cases?

Ahhhh... So the person who stupidly put themselves in harm's way, and knowingly did something incredibly stupid, is partly liable for a tragedy - even though the other person didn't stop?

Actually yes, on vacation and recuperating from 3 very nasty surgeries over the last month -

Currently my much better half is driving the motor home on our way to San Antonio - I get to prop up and relax (although her driving is a little scary)

Boy, you're pathetic.

You can't provide previous quotes - which proves that you're a liar - so you're now trying to get something new?

Pathetic!
