[quote=RVlover;9807653]One Poster said Virginia has a ban on these words, and enforce it ; how do they handle it ? If it can be done in one State, then its possible for the Nation . Will it affect tight budgets ...?? Yes, but, America lacks basic common decency now from the purposeful twisting of freedom laws..and needs restoring. You dont really want your Grandchildren carrying on the a vile and filth legacy , do u ?[/quot
Bascailly I also wish it were not true of society but its just a fact that society is in plain words more trashy how. Look at TV.That is just the way it is and you van't throw everuone in jail because society has beome more trashy.
If a person behaves in a way that is socially offensive, society itself will take care of whatever degree of ostracization it deems appropriate. Uttering offensive words is no different than anything else, and a person who does it will be held in contempt by society, the same as if he had done anything else that is socially offensive.
Should it also be against the law and subject to a fine to fart in a grocery store, or pick your nose on a bus, or snap your gum in a theater, or go braless in a T-shirt, or refuse to wear deodorant, or, most offensive of all, wear a baseball cap backwards?
. . . and then the nest step is for someone to politicize the thread.
LOL....yes, as long as it supports your side it hasn't yet been politicized.
I just think it's funny how prevalent it is but how blind any of the straight ticket types is to when their people do it.
