no;each community with a library that they pay for shpould be able to make the rules they want by voting in representatives they want.Only the getto would vote in a representative that favors porn and promotes the prevert lifestyle of porn readers.

Absolutely not. Since the computers are funded by tax money, that is like saying it's ok to fund porn with tax money. Anyone can view what anyone else is watching in a library and you wouldn't want children to see that.
If you're going to start in about free country, first amendment, censorship, blah blah blah, don't even bother. Buy your own computer and look at porn at home.

Then, all religious sites ought to be filtered by public computers. To allow people to view religious sites on library computers constitutes funding religion with tax money.
