I suppose they could charge the doctor that delivered, the teacher that taught, the parents that raised, the poor spouse that married these terrorists too, right? Why stop there? Why not charge the government official that issued their birth certificate? How about the pedestrian that gave them directions to the train station? Why not the train cashier that issued the ticket? Why not God for putting these people amongst us?
Stupid people make rash pronouncements and decisions, riling up the masses too dumb to have a coherent thought.

As long as man has free will to make decisions, good, bad or evil, no amount of censorship or control will change the simple fact that people will do what they will. Sometimes they succeed, other times they fail. Feel free to ascribe whatever your belief is in such circumstances, whether it's genius or dumb luck, depending on which side you're on.
Not rocket science, simple logic any half wit can deduce if they so choose, to think for themselves.
You wake up hoping it isn't your day to meet your maker, go to sleep grateful that your hope was realized until the next day, repeat cycle.
