It's not just the government that denies freedom. Does the dress code where you work conform with your list of freedoms? Read your apartment lease and see how much freedom you have. Unless you choose to live like the Unabomber, and even then, you'll have the bastards constantly harassing you to conform with codes and ordinances. Even then, McDonalds can seize your house, if putting a restaurant there will generate more tax revenue.

But I have the
choice whether or not to work in a place with a strict dress code, or live in a place I do not like.
We don't have much of a dress code at my job now, just no flip flops, but theres ways around it
I've been told I have a problem with authority, I don't know if thats true...but I don't always trust it and question it b/c many rules are made by people that do not follow them themselves!
I do get what ur trying to say though, I personally believe that although we do have freedom here, we also have it to a point b/c unless ur rolling in the dough it's hard to be totally free.
And I just do not think we need to have so much censorship.
