Dring lots of carrot juice. I've heard stories of people turning ORANGE from drinking lots of it.

Or take lots of colloidal silver. I've heard stories of people turning BLUE or PURPLE from consuming it in large quantities.

Here's more color to you!
I like it......I'll be a rainbow!

I test sunscreens and let me tell you they are not looking at it. Now there are some European suncreens that the FDA has not approved for use in the U.S-don't recall exactly why. The formulators are working hard to provide the best protection thus the fabulous SPF 70 you are seeing now. Poor coral reefs

Something else that has an effect on our skin cells are the types of fat that we eat. Our Skin Cells shed about every 30 to 35 days so new one's are created and each one has a fatty membrane that surrounds them and that fat comes our diets so some thought that Saturated and Monounsaturated (Olive Oil and Avacados) fats are the best as these hold up well to heat and light exposure where as people who consume lots of Polyunsaturates (Omega-6's) and Trans fats will Oxidize easier to the suns exposure and cause Wrinkles, Sun Spots and possibly Skin Cancers.

Maybe that's why people in the tropics eat lots of Coconuts as they are high in low carbon chain saturated fats along with all the fruits and vege's they eat with all the sun exposure and yet it's rare they have skin cancer..

Anyway just something to ponder about.

Moderator cut: edit

Nutrition can be a Natural Sunscreen which can lead to less usage of SunScreens to protect the Coral Reefs as we have already discussed on this thread about using Natural Sunscreens and Nutritional Guidlines as an alternative.
