Boy have they changed over the years! I've purchased 2 cars from them but won't ever buy one from them again after what has happened this week....
my sister purchased a new car from them a few weeks ago...not a cheapy either like I buy. It broke down.
That's not the problem as things like that do happen- it's what happened next-
She is stranded, literally. They won't provide her a loaner car. They took her money, and get to take Ford's money now- for the warranty work. But she didn't get any type of transportation.
I've always gotten a loaner car- even if it was a 'rental'...the dealership paid for it- not this Ford as I've never had a problem w/ my Ford cars...it was my GMs.
So just know- if you buy a car from there and something happens to it- don't expect any customer service...all they will do is fix the car so they can bill Ford.

Ha! You obviously are not or have not ever worked at a dealership as a mechanic. Warranty pay is a pittance for the dealer & mechanic.
