Art festivals (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point: hotels, colleges, restaurants)

I am new to the area and am wondering what (if any) annual art/regional festivals are in the Triad area. I haven't really seen any this summer

Seems like there are more festival type events in small towns. Especially for things like certain fruits (apple festival), holidays and critters. lol

Most art/music festivals seem to be in the spring and fall, when the weather is pleasant (and the colleges are in session).
