Which height will this building be? The title reads 6-9 floors. The rendering shows 11. Some people are saying up to 14! I guess the tenant(s) will determine the height.

i noticed it was taller in the rendering too, ut i'm guessing that render was an old one and they have not showed the updated render yet.
Happy to see Hops continuing to have success and expand. Still haven't been to the Chapel Hill location. Wish they would move another won even closer to me
Nova Lounge liquor license was suspended due to a shooting and has shut down. This is actually good news. Maybe a developer will turn it into upscale bowling lounge like what is being planned in downtown Greensboro. A similar situation happened in downtown Greensboro. A murder happened at the Lotus Lounge. It closed and a developer turned it into Boxcar Barcade.
