I know how to drive, but it's been a long time since I gotten behind the wheel of a stick shift. Was wondering if anyone teaches classes on driving a manual transmission vehicle in the triad area? Both me and my wife would be interested in such a class.

Thanks Sue. My brother has a manual transmission Corolla, but he's in Martinsville, VA. Not that M'ville is far, but it's hard for us to find time to meet up.

Most cars are all automatics nowadays, but I'd like to have a Honda Civic SI at some point, and I know those are only manuals. Looks like a lot of fun to drive though.

I had an RX7 for years. It was really fun! Now I'm in an Impala. It's nice enough, but not fun to drive like a stick.

I would love to find an RX8 in really good shape. The going price for one around a 2004 model is about $8-$10k. Wish Mazda would start making them again, but I'm sure when they do, the new ones will fetch a price over $35k!

I'm always torn between finding a good, manual drive fun car like an SI, Mustang, or RX8. But then again, I'd also like a 4Runner. Trying to keep the little kid in mind as well and think about his safety.
