Hardee's has been good for nostalgia (I used to love the cinnamon raising biscuits as a kid). But their time is over.

Gyu-Kaku taking over the Battleground location of Libby Hill is a net win IMO.

Funny you should mention that, I went to CVS this morning and it felt like stepping back in time like it did going to Hardee's. It seems like they are also not updated frequently enough and are always short staffed. Although, it would be nice to have a pharmacy downtown to support residential growth. I do find myself going to the CVS in downtown W-S for snacks and stuff.

That's one thing downtown doesn't have is a drug store. Good idea. Raze the entire property, start from scratch and build a Walgreens with maybe 2 or 3 story apartments above it.

Putting it as part of the retail under Carroll SOB would fit as well IMO.

CVS or Walgreens and a nice restaurant would be good retail for that spot.
