House on Penny Rd., High Point (to buy, live, area)

Hi, we found the new community on Penny rd. nearby Piedmont Environmental Center. Does anyone familiar with this area? Any comments or suggestion if we are going to buy a house there? Thanks a lot!

It's a great location for a home. I can't think of any negative issues for anything along Penny Rd.

Follow this link...But they do build a good product for the dollar--is it better than custom? Probably not. But for the bang for the buck not bad. Be sure to take a Realtor with you to protect your interests.

Thank you very much for your info. Yes, McCar Homes is the builder of this community (Mendenhall Mill). Have you heard any similar complaints in this community?

Will this area be affected by the airport? (to be more specific when FedEx cargo start next year) Thank you!
