Experiences to share regarding local termite control companies?

What companies have you used? Which do you prefer? Which do you advise against using? Costs?

Cohaagen, I have used Wilson Pest Control in the past, based on recommendations from several people. They seem to be the most-recommended company around here. I can't really comment on any others since I haven't used them.

I've used All Seasons for over 20 yrs. They used to be the only company that would warranty their work; I haven't asked lately about their warranty.
